wow i hate that guy. my 360 is doin that to me to over heating but im not suing if you bought a 360 whats 20 dollars for a fan. i think he should jus go buy a diferent systome and leave microsoft and all us real gamers who arnt doin anything to make some money alone. but thats just what i think. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1337!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 360 has frozen up a few times and has a loud hum. Still the games are entertaining and the pros appear to outweigh the cons. I agree if there is a problem with your system it should be the responsibility of the developers and distributers to correct any defects. Microsoft is a competitive company and I believe if they want to keep sales up they will overcome these obstacles and have a more profound contribution then the gaming community will appreciate.

I say, if the select system has problems, Microsoft should fix it. But don't sue them over it. That's just f***ing retarded. I mean, the launch systems are bound to have some bugs. I mean, what system didn't have bugs at launch. People complain and complain when they have to wait for a system, and if it's delayed, they become infuriated. Now, we've fallen to sueing over a game system. Can you honestly say you're going to win? This is Microsoft, and you, are obviously not a very powerful person, I mean, your sueing over a damn xbox. Back down, give up, and if all else fails.....seek exile. I pity your soul.
