Xbox Live and Xbox.com service disruption

Microsoft has announced that the Xbox Live service and the Xbox.com website will be unavailable for up to 24 hours on Monday, October 24 2005.
Both services will be undergoing maintenance and updates to prepare them for the implementation of added features related to Microsoft’s upcoming Xbox 360 console.
Xbox.com will feature a new look, centered around the Xbox 360, when it comes back online on Tuesday, October 25.
The Xbox Live service will also be back up on October 25 and, in the words of Xbox.com, “will also be ready to support all the great new Xbox 360 features” when the next-gen console launches in North America on November 22.
