My Xbox service to launch via Xbox.com
Xbox.com has announced that its My Xbox service will launch in the last week of October.
Described as “a seamless integration between Xbox 360, Xbox LiveĀ®, and Xbox.com”, My Xbox will allow gamers to log into the service via xbox.com and view and change their Xbox 360 gamer cards.

Gamers will also be able to view friends’ gamer cards, see whether they are online and view what game they’re playing (if they happen to be playing an Xbox 360 game).
One of the enhanced features for Xbox 360 will allow gamers to see not only what game/s their friends are playing, but what mode they are playing in and how they are doing on the scoreboard.
Gamers will also be able to compare their achievements with their friend’s by viewing the two gamer cards side-by-side.
Gamer cards will appear as avatars next to forum posts on the new-look Xbox.com, and it will be possible to include them in personal web pages, blogs or Windows active desktops.
