Ive never really heard of that problem before. If you havent tried this already (im sure you would have though) try taking out all the cords and turning off the system and put it all together again because you might just have a wire not connected properly.
If that doesnt help im sorry thats all i can think of. Perhaps you should give customer service a call and if that doesnt work either i guess you will have to take it back. |
