I really have no idea what the differences are with Gold and Silver membership for Xbox Live. All I know is you have to pay for the Gold.
Does anybody know..? |

As you say the silver membership is free and there is a reason for it. With it all you get is an identity, the ability to chat with other users and access to some downloads. With silver you are NOT able to play online.
With the gold you recieve extra downloads that are exclusive to gold members. You are also able to play games on Xbox Live. Of course this comes at a cost, which is from $50 a year (im not sure how much that will get you though). |
