i dont know what all the fuss is about.. ive herd of the E64, E72, E64..etc, errors.. hard drive errors, overheating, and internal fault.. it does help to read that book.. it tells u the error codes and what they mean.. my Xbox 360 works just fine, but i have mine away from my tv and computer.. you should try removing the hard drive (if you have a premium console or you bought a HD) , unplugging it, and letting it set for 15 mins.. if all of these fail.. you will have to call Xbox Support..
