they are out there. it is not all MS. MS is however taking advantage of the situation because it is free advertisement. stores are using it so that you go in to check and its not there so you end up buying something else while you are there. some stores like gamestop are sitting on some. my local gamestop has them but said they are all pre-reserved but the people have not come in to get them yet. BUT when i told the guy i was thinking about getting the HD package then i was told they would be able to get one for me. it is a game. if you are going to spend 2000 on the system or so, they will make one available.
